The first ever event of ISTE GECB Student's chapter's innovative wing, Bartonair, our own club for aviation enthusiasts and RC hobbyists: Bartonair newly launched on June 27th, collaborated with AeroCET to organize "Paper to Propeller", a free learning platform about avionics paired with a fun treasure hunt, whose clues lay hidden in five engaging talk sessions about Avionics handled by faculties and members of AeroCET and Bartonair. The sessions were taken from 15th to 20th of August.
Session 1: History of flight
Session 2: Aerodynamics
Session 3: Avionics-The JET age.
Session 4: Stability and control.
Session 5: Current developments.
The treasure hunt had clues that made participants rummage through every nook and corner.
Among 152 participants Ganesh Menon from GEC Barton Hill, topped the leaderboard with an impressive score of 117 points, with the first runner up, Nanda Kishore P from SCTCE, with 85 points. And the second runner up Gokul G S, student of KV Pattom, with 82 points. The winners received prizes worth 1k along with a certificate of appreciation. Also, participation certificates were issued to every participant.
